QUALITY CONTROL

Quality & Safety of the product are being ensured at all times by identifying and monitoring all the possible Critical Control Points (CCPs) at all stages during the process including Raw materials, Ingredients and Packaging materials by our technical professionals. All the incoming Raw materials as well as outgoing materials are tested for their compliance to its respective specification.

Our technical professionals are well trained in the areas of Food safety and Food analysis at various reputed Institutions such as Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) Mysore, Tamilnadu Agricultural University (TNAU) Coimbatore and other NABL Accredited Laboratories.

Our Unit is equipped with in-house NABL accredited, state-of-the-art Laboratory to analyze the required parameters in relation to Food Quality & Safety. Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to AOAC, AACC, BAM, IS test methods, etc are being followed.
